Welcome, I'm Frances

I am a 3/5 Projector and a Life Path 7 a Seer, truth-finder, and Master transformer. Born in Liberia during a civil war, my earliest memories were shaped by chaos, displacement, and the necessity to adapt. From early childhood, I’ve experienced both internal and external rebirths, each cycle demanding that I shed an old self and step into a truer one.

Through deep depressions and life’s many storms, I’ve learned the art of dying to what no longer serves me and resurrecting into greater authenticity and purpose. My journey has been one of continual evolution, a living testament that even in the darkest seasons, transformation is not only possible but inevitable.

I’m a Reiki Master and intuitive healer, but titles don’t really matter. What I offer is presence. A reflection, a sacred mirror.

Our work together isn’t about fixing. It’s about feeling. It’s about letting the body speak, letting the energy move, letting your soul lead. I create a safe, space where you can soften, unravel, and come home to yourself. Through Reiki, deep listening, and intuitive guidance, I walk beside you as you reclaim your power, your voice, your softness.
